Twitter is a micro blogging platform (that only allows 140 characters) could be a great way of increasing your rankings in Google and consequently getting more leads. This social network site is so popular and widely use by teens, old people business people etc., to let their friends know what they are doing every 10 seconds. Just like with President Barrak Obama whose accounts rank second by the Google with the actual twitter site as the number one.
Another wonderful thing about the twitter is that the 140 charter limit one from the obligation of writing the real blog post, articles or publications. It helps you keep your presence with your clients for a matter of seconds.
To make your post interesting to your clients and contacts try to make your tweets in a general sense. Talking your post and links is not enough to make people interested. Have them a reason to be interested by including facts and news in your area “Homes for sale in Utah (link). classic Victorian “gingerbread” house, so named for the lavish ornamentation…” something like that is better than Homes for sale in Utah (link).
And take note that this terms are not just attention getters from the people but also with Google. If you are regulary using that terms in your post a big chance that Google will rank higher for that search terms. Plus, if people find relevant content to what they are looking, then Google will love and push your keywords to the top of the SEPR’s. Keep adding pictures and information and be interesting! You will get more attention from people who are not real estate minded, but that only serves to drive up your popularity in general.
